Millions of people are diagnosed each year with high blood pressure. A new study from the British Journal of sports medicine recommends a specific exercise to help lower it by a significant amount. It's an isometric exercise called wall squats. You simply lean against a wall and simulate like you're sitting down in a chair. Do that for 2 minutes(which is not easy by the way), then rest for 2 minutes. Repeat that exercise for 2 more reps. If you do that 3 times a week, it's supposed to help lower your blood pressure. It's worth a try!
