I've been following a guy that a lot of people may know called "The Iceman", Wim Hof. He's a big proponent of cold immersion to help benefit your immune system. I like to think I'm an open minded person, so I've been trying it for the last couple of months. You can either take a cold shower or jump into a tub of ice cold water. I will say that by this time of year, I've usually picked up at least three colds by now. Through the course of the winter, I've only picked up one, which was pretty mild. Maybe it's just coincidence, or it's making a difference. I'm not sure. One thing I can say is that it isn't much fun. So hopefully it's making a difference. We'll see.
