What will it be?
Apparently the name 'Cool Insuring Arena' has been scrubbed from the exterior of the venue in Glens Falls. News 10 says the events center is expected to undergo a name change in the near future.
The building, originally called the Glens Falls Civic Center, sold the naming rights to Cool Insuring Agency back in 2017 and has carried on the name since. It's expected to remain named The Cool Insuring Arena until the end of the year.
No word on what the new name will be but sources say a new naming partner will be announced soon. The arena is currently home to the Adirondack Thunder Hockey team as well as numerous other sporting events and concerts throughout the year.
The multi-purpose sporting and events arena will reportedly undergo a name change in the coming months.
